At this time, you will need to call to book a monthly rental: 715-391-9799.
All monthly rentals are 27 days in duration with multiple consecutive months allowed. Upon agreement of the rental, a rental agreement will be signed. The renter will pay by month (each 27 days) with the first month requiring a $1500 security deposit that will be returned once the rental period is over and if no damages have occurred.
Payment by check is fine and will be required in advance.
Owner will mow the lawn weekly.

All bed linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, and microwave. We also provide you with a limited supply of soaps and toilet paper to start your vacation off well, but you may need to supply more for yourselves.
We also provide a grill, patio seating, two kayaks, a paddle board, a 10’ aluminum boat, and a canoe for your outdoor enjoyment.
The cottage has air conditioning and there is a washer and dryer. Some of the rooms do have smart TVs.
No, at this time, we are not allowing pets.
No, parties are not allowed. Trillium Cottage sleeps 7. Any other guests need to be approved. There will be extra charges for each guest.
For multi-day rentals there is free cancellation 60 days before the time of the rental. Between 59-30 days before the rental, half of the rental cost will be refunded. No refunds after 30 days.
For monthly rentals, once the rental agreement has been signed, there will be no refund.
Trillium Cottage does not overlook Loon Lake. However it does reside on a small channel (20’ wide) that feeds into Loon lake. Through this channel you have access to Loon Lake.
Loon Lake is a 47 acre lake with a max depth of 55 deep. Fish include pan fish, largemouth bass and northern pike. This is a no wake lake, and there is not a public boat launch; however, Keyes Lake, which is a few miles down the road, does have a public boat landing and is a full rec lake.
Trillium Cottage is about a ½ mile from trail access on Highway 101.
